Thomas Macrone, MBA, RICP®, is a financial advisor and credentialed holistic financial coach with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and families make informed financial decisions. A member of Prestige Financial Group, he combines experience across business, technology, and investing with a practical, planning-first approach focused on near-term priorities and long-term goals.
Tom provides financial planning and investment management for clients at many stages—from those starting out to families with significant assets. He integrates comprehensive planning into the client relationship and builds portfolios using a disciplined, repeatable process designed to support long-term growth and income. When appropriate, he may incorporate structured solutions to help manage risk and support income objectives.
As a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®), Tom helps clients design sustainable retirement income strategies with an emphasis on timing, tax efficiency, and risk management. He also supports individuals under age 65 in evaluating health insurance options, including plan and provider selection.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys biking and hockey. He lives in the Raleigh area with his wife and children.
